Marie-Louise Luxemburg obtained a degree in graphic design from The London College of Printing. She began her career as a graphic designer, illustrator and art editor in various London publishing houses, before embarking on a freelance career as a designer and illustrator. She has had a life-long passion for genealogy and heraldry, and is a member of the Society of Genealogists, The Birmingham and Midland Society for Genealogy and Heraldry, and is affiliated to heraldic and family history societies in the Bath and Somerset area.

After she began to design family tree charts for herself, she was inundated with requests from friends to design family trees for them. She has been designing family tree charts for clients for the last fifteen years, and her work can be seen in public institutions as well as private homes across the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA.

Her family tree charts are unique, because they are designed specifically to be reproduced. Now each member of the family can cherish their own copy of their family tree. And the results are good - so good that many people do not realise that they are looking at a printed copy of the family tree chart and not the original.
